This page explains the site's workflow inquiry and its private server-side JSON lead receiver. It does not describe an operational hotel product.
What the form asks for
Your name, work email, hotel or group name, hotel role, approximate room-count range, how changes are coordinated today, the most common change trigger, an optional process note, and your consent to contact. Please do not include guest names, booking references, real room states, staff schedules or other sensitive material.
How receipt and storage work
When the server-side receiver is enabled, the form sends JSON to the site's own /api/leads endpoint. After validation, the service adds a random submission ID, UTC receipt time and site identifier, then stores a record in a server-local JSON file outside the public webroot. Access to that data file is intended for authorized server operators via SSH, not through a public admin page. The application does not save your IP address or the spam-trap field in that lead file; separate infrastructure may still keep access logs. An unconfigured or unreachable API does not count as receipt and the form will report failure.
Purpose and retention
Inquiry information is intended only to reply to your request and discuss the room-readiness concept. The default local JSON design has no automatic deletion period; records remain until an authorized operator deletes them or implements a retention process. No self-service access or deletion interface is provided by this development site.
