Questions worth asking before a workflow changes.
Every question is a door into the operating reality. These answers describe an illustrative product concept, not an implemented hotel system.
What does a practical first step look like?
Does Tervoryn replace our PMS?
No. The concept is a room-readiness planning layer for housekeeping and the front desk. Your PMS remains the system of record for reservations and room assignment. No PMS integration is represented as complete.
Is this a live product in use at hotels?
This website describes a proposed workflow and uses fictional rooms and task orders. We do not claim live hotel deployments, reference customers or measured optimization results.
Will you need guest details to start a conversation?
No. The workflow-review form asks for professional contact and high-level operational context only. Do not enter guest names, booking references, real room states or staff schedules.
Who decides which cleaner does what?
The hotel team. A proposal can show affected tasks, but a housekeeping supervisor must decide whether and how to adjust staff assignments, taking shift rules and safety into account.
Will the front desk see a precise room-ready ETA?
Only if grounded in a known room state and actual updates in a future implementation. In the simulation, the front desk sees a confirmed change of priority; the completion time remains pending.
What if room information is missing or stale?
Unknown inputs must remain visible as unknown. A suggestion cannot stand in for a verified room status or a supervisor's decision.
What happens after I submit the form?
When the site's lead receiver confirms your submission, your professional contact details and high-level workflow answers are stored in a private server-local JSON file for follow-up. If it cannot confirm receipt, the form shows an error and retains your entries. See privacy details.
